Where To Pitch: Overlooked Outlets

The New Yorker and The Guardian aren’t the only places to pitch. If your dream publication hasn’t bitten, consider these other publications which have a robust readership, quality judgement (and, best of all, pay for work).

There’s an elite circle of publications that most journalists are dying to get a byline in. They’ve been around for ages. Their name on your resume stamps you with legitimacy. They’re the kind of name you’d mention in your twitter bio. The Guardian. NYT. The Economist. NatGo. WSJ. The Washington Post. The Atlantic. Le Monde. El Pais. VICE. La Nacion. Vogue. The New Yorker. Cosmo. Esquire. Wired. The list goes on.
